Luis Cruz

General Manager

Luis began his career in the Golf Industry in 2012 at an entry level position. Being competitive by nature, he always strives to outwork everyone. Through that hard work, quick learning, and a little luck, he was promoted 5 times in the last 9 years.

He has worked at Brookside Golf Club, El Cariso Golf Course, Vista Valencia Golf Course, and most recently at Recreation Park 18 & 9-Hole Golf Courses. His journey brought him to California Country Club, where his goal is to create a better experience for all CCC’s members and guests. He believes that business grows as a result creating the right culture and working with the right values. Luis is married and has a daughter and son. He enjoys spending time with family, traveling, learning, hiking, volunteering, meditating, exploring, golfing, and helping those in need.
