Executive ChefEric Baker has a deep passion for everything involving food. He studied at the famed Le Cordon Bleu in Hollywood. For the past 15 years, he has done every job the kitchen has to offer. From washing dishes to owning his own catering company, Eric has been well-versed in the industry. His style of cooking is very eclectic combining flavors from all over to create classic dishes with a modern flair. He loves to create special dishes for members and guests alike at CCC. In his free time, he loves to spend time with his wife and son.
